FAQ

Do you sample your own instruments?
Yes. We sample the instruments we have designed and built ourselves.

How is the product delivered?
After making a purchase you can download the product from the link in the order confirmation page. The transaction and delivery of the products are handled by FastSpring.com.
You will also receive an email with a link to the download page.
After downloading you will find the product inside a zip file in your downloads folder.
Please note that the download link will expire after 7 days. We advise you to make an immediate back-up of the downloaded file once you've downloaded the product successfully.

When will the product be delivered?
The delivery is instant once the payment has been done.
If within a few minutes you don't seem to have received the e-mail with the download link, check your spam folder.

How can I install the product?
Please follow the instructions in the file "How to install" for installing the product.
You can find the file inside the product's folder after unzipping it.

For which sampling programs are your products suitable?
Currently there are products available for Ableton Live 8 and 9, and for Native Instruments' Kontakt 5.
If your favorite software isn't one of these feel free to send us an email to support[@] wobblophones.com and tell us which sampler is your favorite!

What are the differences between sample packs for Live 8 and for Live 9?
Both packs sound and function the same way. The only difference is in where you can find the packs in your library.

Where can I read your user licence?
You can read our user license here.

Can I get a refund or product exchange?
Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. In general we do not refund in case of subjective unsuitability of the product or in case the 3rd party host software or the user's hardware malfunction.

My computer crashed and I've lost all my data. Can I download the product again?
No, you can't download the product again. This is the reason why we kindly recommend to back-up your data.

Do I get automatically registered for the Wobblophones Newsletter?
When you're buying one of our products and don't untick the box "Join our newsletter" during the checkout process you will be registered for our newsletter.

How often will I receive the Wobblophones Newsletter?
Infrequently, only when new products or updates will come out.

Can I deregister from the Wobblophones Newsletter?
Yes, it is very easy! All you have to do is click on the link in the newsletter.

Can I buy one of your physical instruments?
Yes you can! We would have to build one specially for you, so it would take some extra time. If you're interested, send us an e-mail (info [@] wobblophones.com) and we can negotiate the rest!
